Getting Started

You will be put in a 'form' or 'tutor group' which is kind of like your base or home! This is where you register each day. After that, you will have to move around the school to different classrooms for different lessons, but don't worry there is a break between each lesson to help you find your way or for if you get hungry. You'll also get a timetable which will tell you what lesson happens where and when. This will be written in your planner at the beginning of the year!

Lunch

You can bring your own lunch or buy some from the canteen! Always eat a healthy lunch to keep you going all day long. Lunchtime can feel scary at first as there are lots of people, but stick with a friend and you'll soon get to know what to do!

Lockers

You have to do lots of different subjects and changing classrooms, you are lucky that will be given a locker. This is just a lockable space where you can store your stuff (books, PE kit,lunch) so that you don't have to carry everything around with you! Always remember your key!
